Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! {provided your country accepts shippings from the UK/the UK allows us to post there}.
How long will it take to make and receive my order?
Orders take between 7-10 working days to be made, however in busy periods this may be anywhere between 7-14 working days, so please keep this in mind before ordering. Orders posted to the UK are done so via Royal Mail First Class and take anywhere between 1-3 working days and international orders take 5-7 working days to be received after shipping.
I can't see the price in my currency - why?
Unfortunately, the shop does not support multiple currencies. The price displayed is in GBP. Because of this, you will need to use an online currency converter to convert the price into your currency, just so you can see what it equates to!
How can I see my finished order?
All completed orders are posted to the Instagram page @lulusletters. We also email across a picture of the finished order so please make sure your email is included when you order!
How do I make changes to my order?
Changes to any order can only be made within 48 hours of the order being placed ads after this time the order will be getting put together. If you wish to make changes, please email lulusletters@outlook.com and include your name, order number and description of changes.
Do you accept returns?
Lulu's do not accept returns due to the highly bespoke nature of each product. Therefore, please take care with your descriptions.
How do I go about obtaining a refund?
If, for whatever reason, you require a refund, please contact us via email at lulusletters@outlook.com. Refunds are not granted for incorrect descriptions.
My item arrived broken, what do I do?
Oh no! If an item arrives broken, please do email us at lulusletters@outlook.com and we will be happy to help. In the event of this happening a replacement/refund will be sent however photographic evidence will be needed in order for us to lodge a claim for posting/shipping costs to be refunded.
